We are a family run, group of three specialist pet centres based in South Buckinghamshire.

We strive to provide the best quality of care for the animals in our stores and we pride ourselves in offering sound advice both before you purchase an animal, and afterwards, to ensure it's health and well being for the rest of it's natural life.
We offer a range of free animal care leaflets detailing the animals that we sell, and our staff will take as much time as you need to go through all of the aspects of keeping your chosen pet.
We encourage customers to think through the animals' requirements and their responsibilities to the animal before you consider making a purchase.
We reserve the right of sale in all cases.
We will never sell an animal on impulse, as we believe that this is never good for the animal or the owners.
If customers have animals that they wish to find homes for, then we have FREE notice boards in all our stores where customers can advertise kittens and puppies etc.
We also advertise all the events from the local animal charities in our stores so if you wish to keep up to date with the local events, please pop in.
We also offer a FREE delivery service and we have an exclusive 'Gold Card' Loyalty scheme where holders receive 5% discount on most items purchased from our stores.

Directions and parking availability from store to store may vary, but our main High Wycombe store's parking is:
There is parking directly outside the store in Desborough road and there is also a large car park opposite.
Please ensure that you "Pay and Display" as the parking attendants are very quick to fine you. We will willingly give customers change for the meters, please ask.
Alternatively visit us on a Sunday when parking is free. Customers can also come to our back door to collect items from the store, please call us for further details.
